About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Project Coordinator to join our Projects team.
No prior project management or project coordination experience is required. The selected candidate will be trained by our team.
This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Execution.
You will receive practical, hands-on training and exposure to the complete project lifecycle — starting from a client enquiry and quotation through planning, manufacturing, delivery, and project execution.
As you gain experience, you will gradually take ownership of project coordination activities and support the successful delivery of projects.
What You Will Learn & Work On
Bids, Enquiries & Quotations
You will be trained to:
- Review client enquiries and understand basic project requirements.
- Review BOQs, specifications, drawings, and other project documents.
- Assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate internally to obtain costing and technical information.
- Maintain enquiry and quotation trackers.
- Track quotation revisions and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing bid and tender submissions.
- Follow up on pending information required for bid submissions.
Project Coordination & Execution
You will support the Projects team in:
- Coordinating ongoing projects from order confirmation to completion.
- Understanding project scope, requirements, and delivery priorities.
- Maintaining project trackers and action lists.
- Following up on project activities and pending tasks.
- Tracking project schedules, milestones, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure project activities move forward.
- Identifying potential delays and highlighting them to the Project Manager.
- Supporting day-to-day project execution activities.
Production & Technical Coordination
You will work closely with our Production and Technical teams to:
- Understand our products and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate project priorities with the Production team.
- Track the manufacturing status of project requirements.
- Follow up on drawings and technical information.
- Maintain drawing and technical document trackers.
- Coordinate technical clarifications between different teams.
- Ensure the latest project requirements are communicated internally.
- Track pending materials, components, hardware, and other project requirements.
Client & Internal Communication
You will learn to:
- Prepare professional emails and project communications.
- Communicate with clients and project stakeholders.
- Follow up on drawings, approvals, and technical clarifications.
- Attend project meetings when required.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings and action lists.
- Prepare project progress updates.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Technical, Procurement, Commercial, and other internal teams.
Project Documentation & Reporting
You will assist in:
- Maintaining organised project documentation.
- Updating project trackers and dashboards.
- Preparing weekly and monthly project reports.
- Tracking planned versus actual project progress.
- Maintaining action trackers and pending activity lists.
- Preparing project summaries and management updates.
- Updating project information in company systems and software.
